Kim Ngan salad sauce is very familiar to the taste of Vietnamese people. The sauce is a mixture of lychee vinegar, green jujube vinegar, docynia vinegar, sugar, red chilli and garlic. Kim Ngan uses the typical garlic cultivated in Luc Ngan, Bac Giang province, Hai Duong and other provinces in the North of Vietnam. The raw garlic is small with purple skin and has a very strong, pungent and heated taste. There are two kinds of red chilli in the sauce: bird's eye chilli with a lot of seeds and spicy flavour and Da Lat chilli with nice smell. The combination of all ingredients has made a perfect product. Kim Ngan salad sauce can be used in many kinds of dishes:
• Salad: 10ml Kim Ngan salad sauce with some water and sault, put into the mixture of lettuce, tomato, basil, etc.
• Spring roll sauce: Kim Ngan salad sauce 20ml, water 50ml, fish sauce 10ml, sugar 2 teaspoon.
• Use for cooking: grilled pork ribs, grilled prawn, etc.
